Welcome to Bloom. These Terms of Service govern your simulated floral pre-ordering journey. Formulated in compliance with Philippine laws including the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (Republic Act No. 8792) and the Intellectual Property Code (Republic Act No. 8293).
Academic Prototype & Simulated Services
Bloom is a technical demonstration capstone project developed by BSIT students at STI College Lipa. By accessing or using the platform, you agree that:
- No physical goods will be delivered.
- No actual monetary charges will be processed. Any payment gateways or credit card entry fields are mock interfaces for demonstration purposes.
- All ordering pipelines, courier simulations, and notifications are simulated within the platform infrastructure.
User Accounts & Responsibilities
To access premium features such as persistent 3D bouquet configurations, order tracking, and history, you may be required to register an account.
- Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Breaches
- You must immediately notify the development team of any unauthorized use or security breach.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to violate any local, national, or international regulations (including RA 8792 - Electronic Commerce Act of 2000).
- You shall not attempt to breach security measures, upload malicious payloads, or disrupt platform infrastructure.
- You shall not engage in automated data harvesting, script-based bot activities, or denial-of-service attempts.
- You shall not inject arbitrary code or attempt SQL injection attacks against the better-sqlite3 database backend.
Intellectual Property Rights
All original materials, layouts, styling, custom 3D bouquet customizer code, logos, and rendering scripts are protected under Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines).
Design elements inspired by Persona 5 and classic Japanese wabi-sabi aesthetics are customized original works created for educational showcase purposes and remain under the authorship of the capstone development team at STI College Lipa.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPMENT TEAM, STI COLLEGE LIPA, OR ASSOCIATED FACULTY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS PROTOTYPE.
